Korean rice bowl

Thinly sliced beef
onion – sliced
carrot – cut into thin strips
Shallots – cut into 2-3cm chunks
Bulgogi sauce
Cooked rice
Toasted shredded coconut

1. mix beef, onion, carrot and shallots. Marinate overnight with Bulgogi sauce
2. Grill beef and serve with rice and toasted coconut
