Tomatoes
Chicken thighs – cut into pieces
Soy sauce
Sugar
Tomato Sauce
Pasta to serve
- Marinade the chicken pieces in soy and sugar

 - Cut an X into the bottom of the tomatoes

 - blanch with boiling water and peel the skin off. Dice

 - Cook the chicken in a pan and remove from pan

 - using the same pan, add in diced tomatoes with a small amount of water

 - Cook until soft and add in some tomato sauce

 - once reduced, add chicken back in. Toss in cooked pasta and serve
