Ingredients:
3 punnets of cherry tomatoes
2 teaspoons of chopped basil
1/4 cup of water
200g chicken (thigh or breast works) – diced
1 packet of fresh pasta – cooked
Method:
- Using a sharp knife, poke a hole in each tomato. Add to a heated pan with the water

- cook until soft – this can take 10-15 minutes

- Add basil

- add chicken and season with salt and pepper


- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well

- Serve
