Tomato and basil pasta

Ingredients:

3 punnets of cherry tomatoes
2 teaspoons of chopped basil
1/4 cup of water
200g chicken (thigh or breast works) – diced
1 packet of fresh pasta – cooked

Method:

  1. Using a sharp knife, poke a hole in each tomato. Add to a heated pan with the water
