Tomahawk Steak

  1. Remove steak from fridge and bring to room temp
  2. Turn on half a BBQ to heat up for 30-40 mins
  3. Add well seasoned steak to the side of the BBQ that is not turned on for indirect heat
  4. Cook for 1-1.5 hours until the internal temp is 53 degrees
  5. take out and rest
  6. Baste with butter
  7. Sear just before serving with direct heat on the BBQ
