“Swiss” Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
– Chicken mid wings
– Dark soy
– Light soy
– 2 slices of ginger
– water
– Rock sugar
– Oyster sauce

Method:

  1. heat up some oil, add in ginger and brown the wings
  2. Add in dark soy, light soy and rock sugar. Stir until wings are coated then add water (50% dark soy, 25% light soy, 25% water, 1 cube rock sugar)
  3. Bring to a simmer, cover and let braise for 20-30 minutes
