Stir fry hokkien noodles with beef

Also works with chicken

Ingredients:
1 packet hokkien noodles
2 cups bok choy, chopped
1/2 onion, sliced
500g beef, sliced (Marinated in soy, sugar and corn flour)
1 cup soy
1 can chicken stock
2 table spoons sugar

Method:

  1. Create a soy base in a bowl by mixing soy, chicken stock and sugar. Set aside
  2. Stir fry the beef until just cooked. Remove from heat
  3. Blanch the noddles in boiling water to separate
  4. Heat some oil in the pan and fry up the bok choy and onion until soft
  5. toss in noodles and soy base
  6. Add beef back in
