Also works with chicken
Ingredients:
1 packet hokkien noodles
2 cups bok choy, chopped
1/2 onion, sliced
500g beef, sliced (Marinated in soy, sugar and corn flour)
1 cup soy
1 can chicken stock
2 table spoons sugar
Method:
- Create a soy base in a bowl by mixing soy, chicken stock and sugar. Set aside
- Stir fry the beef until just cooked. Remove from heat
- Blanch the noddles in boiling water to separate
- Heat some oil in the pan and fry up the bok choy and onion until soft
- toss in noodles and soy base
- Add beef back in
