Stir fly bok choy

Ingredients:

Bok choy – cut into quarters
1 teaspoon butter
1 clove garlic – crushed
2 teaspoons soy sauce

Method:

  1. melt butter in a pan and add garlic
  2. Add in bok choy and cook until wilting
  3. add in soy sauce and book for a further 1-2 minutes until soft
