Meatballs:
1 cup breadcrumbs
 1/3 cup milk
 2 eggs
 400g beef mince
 400g pork mince
 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
 Dried basil
Baby bocconcini 
 Salt and pepper
Sauce: 
Fresh basil leaves
Olive oil
Garlic
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tins san marzano tomatoes 
Method:
- In a saucepan, heat up oil and diced garlic until wilted and soft 

 - Add in onion and cook til soft

 - Add in tomatoes and tomato paste

 - Cook til soft then blend with a stick blender


 - Mix milk into breadcrumbs until absorbed

 - Add in mince, eggs, garlic, dried basil and salt and pepper 


 - Roll into small golf size meatballs, add a piece of bocconcini into the middle 

 - Roll out until all meat is used

 - Place directly into the sauce and cook on slow for 45 minutes

 - Serve with any pasta you like
