Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients:
Beef mince
panko
egg
1 tin san marzano tomatoes
1 tin crushed tomatoes
1 onion diced
2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cups beef stock
3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 shallot, finely chopped
red wine/balsamic vinegar
oregano and parsley

Method:
1. Mix beef mince, panko and egg to create meat balls (don’t forget to season) and leave in fridge overnight

2. Brown onion, shallot, garlic in a pan. Add in tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock and herbs. Reduce for 10-15 minutes. Add in wine/vinegar. Blend with a stick blender

3. Heat up oil in a pan, brown meatballs

4. add sauce back in and slow cook in the sauce for 5 minutes. Serve
