Satay tofu

Ingredients: 

1 packet firm tofu – diced
2 tablespoons oil
1-2 teaspoons of satay sauce

Method:

1. heat the oil in a pan. Toss in tofu
   
2. turn tofu to brown all the sides – cook until tofu is soft
   
3. Stir in satay sauce and serve
