Roast Lamb rack

Ingredients:
– rack of lamb
– rosemary
– Butter
– Onions

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180
  2. season lamb with salt and pepper

  3. Fry rosemary lightly in the oil

  4. In the same pan, brown the lamb
  5. Add lamb onto a bed of onions, add rosemary, garlic and top with butter. Roast for 20-30 minutes until meat is medium
