Prosciutto and fig summer salad

Ingredients:

100g spinach – rinsed and drained
2 figs – cut into quarters
1 cup diced rock melon
1/2 cup haloumi or Bocconcini
50g prosciutto – diced
Sweet balsamic vinegar for dressing

Method:

  1. in a bowl mix spinach, prosciutto, rockmelon and figs
