Prawn heads
Brown Onion
Garlic
Tomato paste
Diced tomatoes
Fish stock
cream
- heat up some oil and fry up garlic and prawn heads
- add in onions and cook til soft. Stir in tomato paste
- Add in fish stock and canned tomatoes. Cook for 20-25 mins until prawn heads are infused into the soup
- remove prawn heads and blend with a stick blender
- add in cream and serve
