Prawn and Tomato soup

Prawn heads
Brown Onion
Garlic
Tomato paste
Diced tomatoes
Fish stock
cream

  1. heat up some oil and fry up garlic and prawn heads
  2. add in onions and cook til soft. Stir in tomato paste
  3. Add in fish stock and canned tomatoes. Cook for 20-25 mins until prawn heads are infused into the soup
  4. remove prawn heads and blend with a stick blender
  5. add in cream and serve
