Ingredients:
– 500g potatoes (Small)
– 300g bacon 
– 3/4 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup mayonaise
– 2 teaspoons mustard
– 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
– 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped with stems
– 3-4 eggs, hard boiled 
- Precook bacon and potatoes until firm (about 12 minutes on potatoes)

 - Mix together with sauces (exclude the egg). Refrigerate until cold


 - add in egg before serving
