Potato Salad

Ingredients:
– 500g potatoes (Small)
– 300g bacon
– 3/4 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup mayonaise
– 2 teaspoons mustard
– 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
– 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped with stems
– 3-4 eggs, hard boiled

  1. Precook bacon and potatoes until firm (about 12 minutes on potatoes)
  2. Mix together with sauces (exclude the egg). Refrigerate until cold
  3. add in egg before serving
