Peking Duck recipe here
Ingredients:
– 2 cup plain flour
– 3/4 cup boiling water
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Method:
- sift flour into bowl and pour in boiling water. Knead for 10 minutes until the mix is soft and smooth. Cover the dough and let set for 30 minutes
- cut into 10 separate pieces, covering the dough when it is not being used
- roll one into a pancake and apply sesame oil. Place another pancake on top and continue to roll out until they are about 17cm
- Fry in a pan until golden. Remove from heat and pull apart
- Serve immediately or steam to reheat
