1 cup ricotta
1 egg
fresh parsley (chopped)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Puff pastry
Extra egg for egg wash

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. in a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, parsley and paremsan
  3. cut puff pastry into 8cm circles. egg wash the side and fill the pastry
  4. egg wash each pastizzi and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden
