Omurice

Omurice can be made with any sort of veggies or meat

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked rice
1 tablespoon oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
150g ham or other meats/veggies
2-3 tablespoons tomato sauce
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon milk (to be mixed in with egg)
Japanese vegetable sauce to serve

Method:

  1. Fry up the rice with oil and garlic. Add in ham

  2. Stir in tomato sauce

  3. In a fry pan, heat up some oil. Turn heat to low and pour a layer of egg/milk so that it coats the bottom

  4. Once egg is almost cooked, put in rice along the middle of the egg

  5. Turn the egg to form an omelette

  6. Serve with vegetable sauce
