Omurice can be made with any sort of veggies or meat
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice
1 tablespoon oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
150g ham or other meats/veggies
2-3 tablespoons tomato sauce
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon milk (to be mixed in with egg)
Japanese vegetable sauce to serve
Method:
- Fry up the rice with oil and garlic. Add in ham
- Stir in tomato sauce
- In a fry pan, heat up some oil. Turn heat to low and pour a layer of egg/milk so that it coats the bottom
- Once egg is almost cooked, put in rice along the middle of the egg
- Turn the egg to form an omelette
- Serve with vegetable sauce
