Ingredients:
– butter
– mushrooms
– eshallot (finely diced)
– thyme
– garlic
– chicken stock
– cream
Method:
- In a pan, melt butter with some oil. Toss in shallot and mushrooms and cook through

- add in garlic and cook through (dont burn)
- deglaze the pan with chicken stock. Add in cream and thyme

- Reduce until thick (about 30-40 mins). Add corn flour if needed
