2 rashers bacon
2 onions, diced
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
500g butternut pumpkin, diced
rosemary leaves
Sage
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can borlotti beans
1.5L vegetable stock
1/2 cup Stelline (star pasta)
basil to serve
- Heat up oil and cook bacon, onion, carrot, celery and pumpkin until soft
- add tomatoes, stock, beans and herbs
- add in star pasta in the last 15 minutes
