Mango Pudding

Ingredients

2 packets mango jelly powder
1.5 cups boiling water
1 can evaporated milk
3 mangoes

Method

  1. Mix powder and boiling water in a pan. Stir well until the water cools down – there may still be jelly crystals in the bottom

  2. Cut the mangoes into cubes and add to the pan

  3. Stir in the whole can of evaporated milk

  4. Mix well then cover with glad wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set
