Ingredients
2 packets mango jelly powder
1.5 cups boiling water
1 can evaporated milk
3 mangoes
Method
- Mix powder and boiling water in a pan. Stir well until the water cools down – there may still be jelly crystals in the bottom
- Cut the mangoes into cubes and add to the pan
- Stir in the whole can of evaporated milk
- Mix well then cover with glad wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set
- scoop out with spoons and serve
