Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

350g cooked macaroni
50g butter
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 cup plain flour
2 cups milk
475g Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. In a pan, melt the butter on LOW

  2. Stir in garlic and flour

  3. Season with salt and pepper

  4. Make sure it is still on low and stir in milk

  5. Cook slowly on low until it becomes thick

  6. Stir in cheese and mix well until completely melted
