Ingredients
350g cooked macaroni
50g butter
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 cup plain flour
2 cups milk
475g Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- In a pan, melt the butter on LOW
- Stir in garlic and flour
- Season with salt and pepper
- Make sure it is still on low and stir in milk
- Cook slowly on low until it becomes thick
- Stir in cheese and mix well until completely melted
- Stir in cooked macaroni
- Serve with pepper on top
