Lazy Apple Tart

Ingredients:
– 1 square puff pastry
– 5 teaspoons caster sugar
– 2 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced
– 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
– Vanilla Ice cream to serve

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 210 degrees with a tray inside
  2. Sprinkle 3 teaspoons on sugar on baking paper and lay the puff pastry on top
  3. Top with apple slices and fold the edges in
  4. Brush the top with butter. Sprinkle remaining sugar (2 teaspoons) on top and put onto the preheated tray. Bake for 30 mins and serve with ice cream
