Ingredients:
– 1 square puff pastry
– 5 teaspoons caster sugar
– 2 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced
– 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
– Vanilla Ice cream to serve
Method:
- Preheat oven to 210 degrees with a tray inside
- Sprinkle 3 teaspoons on sugar on baking paper and lay the puff pastry on top
- Top with apple slices and fold the edges in
- Brush the top with butter. Sprinkle remaining sugar (2 teaspoons) on top and put onto the preheated tray. Bake for 30 mins and serve with ice cream
