Ingredients:
– lamb backstrap or leg, cut into pieces
– Maple, garlic and soy for marinating
– lettuce
– tomato
– onion
– garlic sauce 
– cheese
– lebanese wraps 
– skewers (flat)
Method:
- marinate lamb pieces in soy, maple and garlic. Leave overnight
 - Arrange lamb onto skewers and cook on a bbq or cast iron pan
 - Wrap lamb in lebanese bread with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and garlic sauce
 - cook on a sandwich press
