Ingredients:
400g lamb mince
1 onion
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup greek yoghurt
1/2 cucumber – coarsely grated
2 cloves garlic – minced
Method:
- In a bowl, mix grated cucumber, greek yoghurt and minced garlic in a bowl. Place in the fridge while you make the lamb


 - Preheat the BBQ or grillĀ on low heat
 - in a food processor, put in onion and finely dice

 - Add in lamb, egg, cumin and cinnamon and mix well.

 - Add in bread crumbs and mix

 - Roll the lamb mince into 3-4cm balls

 - Place the balls onto heated grill/BBQ and cook for 4-5 minutes then turn once and cook for another 4 minutes


 - Serve immediately with cucumber yogurt and Persian rice
