Ginger Chicken

Works with chicken or any type of meat.

Ingredients:

150g diced chicken or beef
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons corn flour
1 teaspoon sugar
2 handfuls of spinach
oil to cook
1 tablespoon grated ginger

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with soy, corn flour and sugar. Leave for 2 hours

  2. In a pan heat up some oil. Toss in spinach and cook until just wilted. Remove spinach from the pan

  3. Toss in grated ginger and chicken to the pan until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper

  4. Add spinach back in until just combined.
