Works with chicken or any type of meat.
Ingredients:
150g diced chicken or beef
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons corn flour
1 teaspoon sugar
2 handfuls of spinach
oil to cook
1 tablespoon grated ginger
Method:
- Marinate chicken with soy, corn flour and sugar. Leave for 2 hours
- In a pan heat up some oil. Toss in spinach and cook until just wilted. Remove spinach from the pan
- Toss in grated ginger and chicken to the pan until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper
- Add spinach back in until just combined.
