Creamy Corn Rice “Show me your love”

500g pork mince
Soy sauce
Sugar
Corn Flour
1 can creamed corn
1/2 can water
2 teaspoons chicken stock powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup cooked rice

  1. Marinate pork with soy, sugar and corn flour for at least 30 mins
  2. heat up oil in a pan, cook pork
  3. remove pork from heat. In the same pan, cook creamed corn with 1/2 can of water. Add stock powder
  4. reduce on LOW until it is thick
  5. add in beaten eggs til cooked. Add pork back in
  6. add in rice and serve
