500g pork mince
Soy sauce
Sugar
Corn Flour
1 can creamed corn
1/2 can water
2 teaspoons chicken stock powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup cooked rice
- Marinate pork with soy, sugar and corn flour for at least 30 mins
- heat up oil in a pan, cook pork
- remove pork from heat. In the same pan, cook creamed corn with 1/2 can of water. Add stock powder
- reduce on LOW until it is thick
- add in beaten eggs til cooked. Add pork back in
- add in rice and serve
