Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:
2 cups plain flour
1 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups dark chocolate chips
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
2. Whisk dry ingredients into a bowl and set aside
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients
4. mix wet ingredients into dry with a spatula. The batter will be thick and sticky
5. spoon into liners, bake for 5 minutes then reduce the temp to 180 for another 15 mins
