Super easy dish.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 can (400ml) of chicken stock/broth
Sweet soy sauce and rice to serve
Method:
- Beat 4 eggs in a shallow dish
- Stir in stock/broth until it is smooth
- Steam for 7-9 minutes until the top looks firm and it doesn’t slide around when you pick it up
- Serve with sweet soy and rice
