Chinese Steamed egg

Super easy dish.

Ingredients:

4 eggs
1 can (400ml) of chicken stock/broth
Sweet soy sauce and rice to serve

Method:

  1. Beat 4 eggs in a shallow dish

  2. Stir in stock/broth until it is smooth

  3. Steam for 7-9 minutes until the top looks firm and it doesn’t slide around when you pick it up

  4. Serve with sweet soy and rice
