Chinese corn soup

Ingredients:

2 cans creamed corn
2 cups chicken or veggie stock
2 eggs – beaten
2 tablespoons corn starch – dissolved in water
Small chicken pieces (optional)
Salt and pepper to season throughout cooking

Method:

  1. bring stock and creamed corn to boil
  2. add in chicken pieces (if using)
  3. Add in corn starch mix and stir til thickened
  4. stir in beaten eggs
