Chicken soup base

Ingredients:
chicken bones
bok choy
Chinese cabbage
Garlic
ginger
spring onions
Soy sauce

  1. Heat up some oil in a pan
  2. sautee spring onions, garlic and ginger
  3. add in veggies and chicken
  4. top with water until covered and add in soy sauce
  5. bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 hours
