Chicken and cabbage wontons

Ingredients:

  • chicken mince
  • chinese cabbage – finely chopped
  • chives – finely chopped
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • soy sauce
  • corn flour
  • wonton skins

Method:

  1. in a bowl, mix chicken mince, cabbage, chives, garlic, ginger, soy and corn flour together til well mixed. Season with white pepper and sugar
  2. Leave in fridge for a few hours or overnight to marinade
  3. Put a small spoonful into wonton skins and pint the top closed with some water
  4. Steam to serve when ready
