
Ingredients:
- chicken mince
 - chinese cabbage – finely chopped
 - chives – finely chopped
 - garlic
 - ginger
 - soy sauce
 - corn flour
 - wonton skins
 
Method:
- in a bowl, mix chicken mince, cabbage, chives, garlic, ginger, soy and corn flour together til well mixed. Season with white pepper and sugar

 - Leave in fridge for a few hours or overnight to marinade
 - Put a small spoonful into wonton skins and pint the top closed with some water 

 - Steam to serve when ready
