Chicken and Apple meatballs

Ingredients:
1 onion
1 large green apple, peeled
500g chicken mince
5 sage leaves
1 tablespoons parseley
1 chicken stock cube
1/2-1 cup bread crumbs

Method:
1. In a good processor, place onion, apple, chicken stock cube and herbs. Blend until everything is in small pieces but not so much that it is a paste

3. Using your hands, remove the mix from the food processor and add in chicken mince. Add in bread crumbs, 1/4 cup at a time until the mixture is thick (the more water comes out of the apples, the more you will need

4. Roll into balls and put in the fridge overnight before grilling on the BBQ or heating in the oven with olive oil
