Ingredients:
200g button mushrooms, diced
50g butter
150g of bacon, diced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 cup cream
50g mozzarella cheese
Cooked pasta to serve
Method:
- cook mushrooms in a pan until soft. Remove from heat


- In the same pan, melt butter and add in bacon

- Stir in onion and cook until bacon is cooked through

- Add mushrooms back into the pan

- In a bowl, beat the egg and stir in cream


- Turn heat to low and add cream mix into the pan

- once mixed, stir in cheese

- Serve immediately over cooked pasta
