Caramelised Carrots

Ingredients:
3-4 carrots, sliced into thick strips
50g butter
1/4 cup brown sugar

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. In a pan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar
  3. Add in carrots until well coated in mixture
  4. Transfer to an oven tray and bake for 20 minutes or until carrots are soft
  5. Transfer back to pan, cook until carrots caramalised on the top
