Ingredients:
3-4 carrots, sliced into thick strips
50g butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- In a pan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar
- Add in carrots until well coated in mixture
- Transfer to an oven tray and bake for 20 minutes or until carrots are soft
- Transfer back to pan, cook until carrots caramalised on the top
