Brazillian cheese bread

2.5 cups tapioca flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup shredded cheese

  1. preheat oven to 170 degrees
  2. heat up milk and olive oil in a pan over the stovetop
  3. in a bowl, combine flour, salt and egg
  4. stir in milk/oil
  5. add in cheese until dough is sticky
  6. make dough into balls and spoon into a greased muffin pan
  7. bake for 25 minutes
