2.5 cups tapioca flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup shredded cheese
- preheat oven to 170 degrees
- heat up milk and olive oil in a pan over the stovetop
- in a bowl, combine flour, salt and egg
- stir in milk/oil
- add in cheese until dough is sticky
- make dough into balls and spoon into a greased muffin pan
- bake for 25 minutes
