Beef steak kebabs

Easy dinner for a lazy weeknight

Ingredients:

1 200g sirloin for 2 kebabs – diced
Lebanese bread
lettuce – chopped
tomato – diced
onion – sliced
Mozzarella cheese – grated
BBQ Sauce/Hummus/garlic aoli/Tomato sauce (what ever you prefer)
garlic salt
Pepper

Method:

  1. Place diced steak pieces into a heated pan (with oil). Season with garlic salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until just cooked

  2. cut up all the veggies and turn on a sandwich press. If you do not have a sandwich press, use a pan (dry)

  3. Assemble kebabs with whatever you would like – if you are using cheese, put this in first

  4. Top with beef pieces

  5. Roll the kebab up – folding in both sides first then rolling up. Place into a sandwich press or onto a dry pan to toast – turning once to toast both sides

  6. Serve immediately
