Ingredients
400g scotch fillet steak – cut into cubes
1 large brown onion
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Burger buns – to serve
Lettuce – to serve
Tomato – to serve
Tomato or bbq sauce – to serve
beetroot – to serve

Method:
- In a food processor, mix beef cubes, onion, eggs, salt and pepper


 - add in bread crumbs

 - Divide the mixture into 4. Roll into a ball then press down to form patties

 - Grill on a BBQ until cooked through

 - Serve on hamburger buns with any toppings you like
