Bosciola – Served over chicken or pasta

Ingredients:

Chicken breast fillets (1 per person) or cooked pasta
500g mushrooms – finely chopped
400g bacon – finely chopped
1 onion – finely chopped
3 cloves garlic – crushed
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 1/2 cups cream

Method:

  1. heat some oil up in a pan and fry garlic, onion and mushrooms

  2. cook for a few minutes then add in bacon

  3. cook through liquid is released from the mushroom
    4
  4. Add in chicken stock
    6
  5. Reduce heat to medium and stir in cream
    7
  6. Bring to a simmer and season well with salt and pepper

  7. Serve with pasta or grilled chicken (see below)

  8. If you are serving it with chicken, just cut the chicken breast in half so it isnt too thick. Pat dry with paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Then just grill
