I found this amazing super easy pizza base recipe online and just tweaked it a bit. Topped it with Ham and pineapple but there are a thousand other things you can put on top instead. If you are feeling extra lazy and don’t want to make the base, I sometimes just use puff pastry

Ingredients:
For the base:
1 3/4 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
Toppings:
3 tablespoons tomato paste
50g ham – diced
diced pineapple
italian herb
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 210 degrees
- Boil the water
- In a large bowl, sift flour into the bowl

- Add Parmesan cheese and mix well

- Create a hole in the middle and add vegetable oil and BOILING water

- Mix together until just combined with a fork

- kneed the dough with your hands to combine

- Roll out the dough to the size and thickness you want and put it on a pan – don’t forget to cover the pan with flour or oil

- Bake it in the oven for 5-10 minutes until it has risen a bit and started to change colour

- Take it out of the oven and top with whatever toppings you want. For Hawaiian, spread the tomato paste over the pizza base and add ham

- add pineapple and sprinkle Italian herbs over the top

- Top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese has started to change colour

- Cut up and serve
