Roasted Potatos

Really basic recipe for a great side dish. You can also use sweet potato. If you are short on time, you can boil the potatoes first to make them cook faster

Ingredients:

Potatoes (as much as you want to make. I use 1 potato for 2 people
Oil
salt
pepper
italian herbs (optional)

Method:

  1. preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. cover a roasting pan with a small layer of oil (just enough to cover it) and put it in the oven to heat up the oil

  3. Cut potatoes up into small cubes

  4. Take the roasting pan out of the oven and put potatoes into the hot oil (it should sizzle slightly when you put it in). Turn the potatoes so all sides are covered with oil. Season with salt, pepper and herbs

  5. Return to the oven and roast for 1 hour
