Roast Beef

Ingredients
– whole scotch or any other beef
– rosemary
– garlic
– butter
– onions

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180
  2. Tie seasoned beef together with butter and rosemary.
  3. place in a roasting tray with onions and garlic in the bottom. Cover with oil
  4. Roast for 1 hour or until internal temp reaches 55
