Ingredients:
– rack of lamb
– rosemary
– Butter
– Onions
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 
 - season lamb with salt and pepper

 - Fry rosemary lightly in the oil 

 - In the same pan, brown the lamb
 - Add lamb onto a bed of onions, add rosemary, garlic and top with butter. Roast for 20-30 minutes until meat is medium
