Ingredients:
– Basil
– Garlic 
– Tinned tomatoes (whole, san marzano)
– White onion, diced
– 2 tablespoons tomato paste
– fresh pasta to serve
Method:
- Cook basil and garlic on LOW in olive oil until garlic is soft

 - add in diced onion

 - add in tomatoes and cook until soft, add in tomato paste

 - Blend with a stick blender 

 - Serve over fresh pasta with cheese
