Yorkshire Pudding

Equal volumes:

  • egg (about 4)
  • plain flour
  • milk (about 200ml)

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 230 degrees
2. Mix all the ingredients

3. Oil a muffin tin and place into the oven for 3-4 minutes until oil is hot
4. Take out the tin and pour batter into the oil (fill it up about half way)
5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. DO NOT open the oven until they are done
