Fresh Shanghai Noodles

Ingredients:
300g bread flour, sifted
150g water
1/4 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. Using a mixer with a dough hook, add half the water to the flour and mix on low til combined
  2. add in rest of the water until it forms a single piece
  3. use your hands, kneed the dough until it is one ball
  4. rest for 45 minutes
  5. divide mix into 4 and roll out using a pasta roller
