Tofu and mince Hamburg

Ingredients:
500g mince pork OR pork and veal
500g silken tofu
1.5 cups panko
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
one egg
1 teaspoon Miso
Onion – diced and cooked

Sauce:
equal parts soy, mirin and sugar. Splash of sake

Method:

  1. Pre cook the onion in a pan and let cool
  2. in a bowl, mix all the ingredients together by hand
  3. roll into small balls and gently press down to create patties
  4. leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight
  5. mix the sauce together
  6. Cook hamburgs on the BBQ, brushing with sauce while cooking
