Miso Soup

1 daikon raddish, sliced
kombu
Tomatoes (optional)
Miso paste
Chicken stock powder

  1. add kombu and tomatoes to 2.5L of water and bring to a boil. Boil for 30 minutes
  2. add in chicken stock powder and daikon, cook for 15 minutes or until daikon is soft
  3. turn off the heat and stir in miso paste
