Custard tarts

Custard using recipe from custard log

Preheat oven to 180

Option 1:
Use Premade croissants to create cups in cupcake tins. Fill with custard and bake for 6-7 minutes

Option 2:
1. Put 5-6 pieces of filo pastry together using oil to bind layers. Use a pizza cutter to cut into 5cm squares

2. Line cupcake tin with oil or butter to avoid sticking
3. put in filo squares and fill with custard. Fold sides over and brush with oil or butter to hold together

4. Bake for 12 minutes or until pastry is golden
